Rick Morciglio has been with Life Clubs since 1995 and is certified through AFAA Personal Trainer, Chek Program Design & Scientific Back, and 16 years experience in Martial Arts. Rick is very proud of the results his clients have achieved with him. Rick’s clients have greatly improved their body composition as a result of his training methods. Rick is a driven professional who uses his education and scientific approach along with his determination to get you results.
Michael Lewis – ACSM, NASM, NSCA, ACE, AFFA and ISSA. A Certified Instructor and Personal Trainer for over 30 years. Michael is also a National AFAA Certification Specialist. As a Former Marine Corps Fitness Instructor, with numerous physical fitness awards. Michael currently teaches a variety of classes, including Step, Cardio, Stretch, Calisthenics, Kickboxing and Spinning.
As an AFAA Certification Specialist he represents the highest standards of physical fitness and health by his attitude, commitment and dedication to health and wellness. His classes and personal training sessions are designed with effectiveness and safety as the first considerations, followed by fun and excitement.
Rapier Davis – NASM Performance Enhancement Specialist and NASM Certified Personal Trainer. Placed first in the NYC Metros as an 19 Year Old Amateur Boxer. Rapier’s strength is developing programs for each clients individual needs with focus on corrective exercise, strength training, H.I.T and boxing.
I became personal trainer as way to support myself while pursuing a degree in business at Brooklyn College. I am now 7 years into my journey as a personal trainer. My passion for exercise and nutrition has led to countless hours trying to understand the best ways to optimize clients performance and programs. I base clients workouts around not only progressions based on periodization but also their physiological needs and anatomical structures specific to them, while understanding that exercise truly is not a one size fits all, and thus things need to be adapted to the specific needs and requirements of the clients to make sure they are making consistent progress.
Michelle Blick has been with Life Clubs for over fifteen years. Whether teaching a body definition class or teaching proper technique and form with her clients. Michelle has forged many great relationships with the members here and possesses a great deal of experience in the fitness field including certifications that specialize in personal training, group exercise, weight training, kickboxing, active older adults, silver sneakers, menopausal, pre and post natal training. Michelle enjoys seeing others succeed and reaching their fitness goals.
Jermaine Ewell has been with Life Clubs since 2009 as a Personal Coach and is nationally certified through AFAA. He comes from Equinox Fitness Clubs as a Tier III trainer and worked through the Equinox Training Institute. He brings to Life Clubs many skills from boxing to strength training, and power lifting. He is very comfortable working with all populations of clients and executes their needs so they see their results and sense of self-worth. His program designs are a testament to his clients achieving their individual goals. Jermaine is a master in flexibility and manual stretching techniques.
Debbie Glaser holds multiple educational degrees including a B.S. in Exercise Physiology, Athletic Training, and a Masters in Physical Education. She is certified through ACSM as a Health & Fitness Instructor along with her CPR/AED certification. Some of her professional accomplishments include working at the Special Olympics, and developing an implementing a boot camp program for the girl’s soccer team at Valley Stream High School. Debbie has motivated her clients to successfully lose, 15-30 inches total around their bodies, gain bone density after being diagnosed with Osteoporosis, and have a clean bill of health for the first time in 10 years. Debbie is a well educated creative and responsible personal coach who achieves results through her caring and motivating nature.
Martin Dusel has be in the fitness industry for over 20 years. His career has taken from Front Desk to Sales and Management. He has managed clubs for Bally’s, Head to Toe Fitness, NYSC, and Alantis P.T. Although successful in management his passion remains with Personal Coaching, specializing in functional training. He has coached special populations, teens and athletes. A New York State Private School teacher, hew not teaches future trainers. Martin’s certifications include: AFAA PT, AFAA Weight Room, TSI Foundations, ECTIS PT, Body Conditioning, Spinning.
Tomi Toles is a premiere wellness & fitness coach, sports conditioning specialist at Life Clubs. He is a Certified Nutrition & Lifestyle Coach, Golf Biomechanic Specialist, Corrective Exercise Specialist and an Integrative Neuro-somatic Therapist. His passion for leading a healthy lifestyle; mind, body and spirit compels him to share his dreams with people from all walks of life. By using a holistic approach, Tomi has helped 100’s of clients including mixed martial artists, professional golfers and tennis players, young and old to lose weight, reduce stress, improve sports performance, and obtain the body of their dreams from the inside out.
He is a former Tri-State All Natural Bodybuilding Champion (1995-1997). As a Chek Level Iv and HLC 3 he’s a head coach for the local little league team, mentoring over twenty boys. He holds workshops throughout the area to industry professionals, private clients and at public schools.
Frank Mikulka A local legend has been a personal coach at Life Clubs since 1992 as one of the original members of the team. His passion lies deep rooted in his philosophy and training as a United State Marine. His eternal spirit distinguishes him as an elite trainer and driving force here at Life Clubs. His intuitive nature provides him with the tools and skill set necessary to guide and motivate his clients to excel and achieve excellence. He is a warrior, plain and simple.
